I already go to golds about 3x/week and do strength training followed by 30 minutes circuit training cardio and not results like in the infomercials for beachbody products. I love strength training, hate cardio, and love stuff like taebo and dance. When I commit to something I REALLLLY committ. I plan on doing the program religiously and want to see a NEW body in 6-8 weeks. I also plan on following the healthy eating plan included (veggies, lean protein, fruit, whole grains, ff dairy, no junk, eat every 2.5 hours). WITH WHICH OF THESE PROGRAMS WILL I GET THE BEST RESULTS IN QUICKEST TIME????? I hope to drop from a 12/14 to an 8/10 within 8 weeks, which is possible accodring to the testimonials. Also, I once lost 30 lbs and toned ALOT by eating healthy like described above and walking 30 minutes a day and doing basic home exercises 4x/week so I know I am capable of the results I want.
