What supplements should I take to lose weight?
Hi I am 31 y.o. 6.8 and I my weight is 260 pounds. I would like to take some weight loss supplements and I am not sure what will be the best one for me. I need to lose about 50 pounds and I eat junk food all the time.

You do not need to take supplements just do some free hand exercises daily such sit-up,buk-down,etc. daily

There isn’t a weight loss pill in the world that will help if you eat a lot of junk food. So if you truly want to loose the weight then you will need to change your lifestyle when it comes to eating.
Lots of fruits and veggies, lean proteins, 8 glasses of water a day. Add a multivitamin w/ chromium picollinate (not sure on spelling) in it and exercise to your day and you will find you get results that last longer then with some pill alone.
I am not sure but I think the average guy (5ft 10in, 175lbs) needs approx. 2500 calories a day. You’d have to check with Dr or nutritionist to see how many you would need.

Protein should be 10% of your diet. It should take the form of meats, fish and other sea foods, nuts, seeds, peas beans, grains, eggs, milk and other dairy products etc. Because proteins are harder to digest, it uses up more energy. Vary your proteins.
Water is essential for proper food metabolism as well as for the removal of bulk from your system. It is important to have 8 – 10 glasses of water per day. It also helps to keep you full.
It is important that you vary your meals – meaning you do not eat the same thing at every meal or every day. Also you need to fill your stomach at each meal and so it will be easier to stick to 3 meals per day.
