what side affects have you had from contraceptive patch?
I want to try this form of contraceptive but am worried about 2 possible side affects, acne and weight gain. has anyone experienced these side affects? or has it been a good choice for you. your response is appreciated, thanks

My girlfriend tried the contraceptive patch and did not gain weight or breakout. However, it had a weird effect on her body and she continually had a period for over a month. As soon as she had the MD discontinue the treatment her period stopped. They said that might happen to 1 out of 10000 women though, so i guess she was just unlucky. Well, I was unlucky too…that was a bad 5 weeks.
