What is the key in losing weight?
I need to come up with a topic for a persuasive essay. I thought I’d do one on why _____ is the key for weight loss, but I don’t know which "key" I should persuade about. Ex: is the key low calories, or low fat, low carbs, portioning your food, eating only certain foods, pills, patches…

The key for losing weight is simple – consume less food and workout more – the issues appear when we in reality try to put that into practice! There are plenty of stumbling blocks out there aren’t there?! I discovered some good advice by learning from the web portal in the box below, they have plenty of tips and tricks, I worked off 8 pounds by doing as they advised.

The key to loosing weight is to only eat healthy food and only eat the amount that you need in a day. Not like some of the lard arses we see more and more of these days.

Hey,

Well I have lost over 75 pounds and you need to do 3 things to lose weight at a pretty good pace:
1. Work out a lot
2. Eat very little
3. You need a strong enough emotion to drive you… I use rage/anger from unlrelated things in my past. But could be a crush or family member or something like that
