Taking 2 Alli pills per meal more effective for weight loss?
When Alli (Orletset?) was perscription only, I believe one pill was twice to amount as 1 pill of the public Alli. So my question is you could safely take 2 Alli pills per meal? Would cut it out a little more fat? I guess it seems more expensive but as long as you eat well, I don’t see it making the bathroom side effects any worse. Anyone tried this?

Actually Alli doesn’t ‘reduce fat’. Most diet pills don’t. They change your hormones. Thus try jump starting your metabolisms. I would say just do work out and a healthy diet will be less expensive and less worry some then taking Alli. However if you still feel like you must take Alli then consult your doctor, because you may have conditions that it might effect, and us on yahoo have no idea.

Alli do reduce fat intake, it basically goes right through your body if you eat too many grams while on Alli. Which is why they suggest you carry an extra pair of underwear and pants with you for the first month on it. I would ask a pharmacist or doctor to be safe….

Well i am glad to see i am not the only one with that question. i think the prescription xenecal has 120mg of orlistat where alli only has 60.So i would think it okay.I just havent tried it yet.
