I saw a commercial for this, and it seemed too good to be true, but I really need to lose weight. This stuff seems legit, but I don’t want to buy it online or anything.

So I was wondering if I could get it at a store like Target or something. Also suggest any other weight loss supplements or stuff you can use.

I have tried everything to lose weight, exercise, starvation, diet and many weight loss supplements. If any one has a really good weight loss product please let me know I’m 4’1" and weight 170 pounds in the last year I gained 50 lbs. Please help I feel so stressed out nothing fits. the only places i gain weights are in my stomach, face and arms but not my but or legs. if anyone has tried Apple cider vinegar plus please let me know.

I have read that the major weight loss supplements are mostly caffeine (Xenadrine, Stacker, Trim Spa, Ect.). This is why most pro athletes do not use them. Is this statement true? Are there any caffeine free supplements? Also, is it true that ephedra is a form of caffeine?

I’m considering using apple cider vinegar for weight loss. I know that there is a lot of speculation about it, but it is cheap so i am willing to try it.

Is there a reason I should take it before a meal?
Also, I’m very fat. Can taking more than 5tsp/day as opposed to 3tsp/day provide additional benefits?
