Can someone plz tell me a good diet to loose weight!?
I want to loose about 10kg before netball starts in april but i also want to loose a couple of kilos before school starts in a month. Not too many coz that would be unhealthy. Im 12 and 166cm and 58kg can someone plz help. I just want a normal diet that i just get healthy food out of the fridge / pantry no websites or weight loss products just tell me. i would also appreciate if u told me the exersize i should do and how much i eat and when during the day.

seriously i have a lot of fat on my thighs more than i should and my stomach doesnt look to good either
