Can someone plz tell me a good diet to loose weight!?

I want to loose about 10kg before netball starts in april but i also want to loose a couple of kilos before school starts in a month. Not too many coz that would be unhealthy. Im 12 and 166cm and 58kg can someone plz help. I just want a normal diet that i just get healthy food out of the fridge / pantry no websites or weight loss products just tell me. i would also appreciate if u told me the exersize i should do and how much i eat and when during the day.

help!! i have only 25 days to lose as much weight as humanly possible?

I have only 25 days to lose ALOT of weight and fast. I really want to lose alot of weight and really need your advice. I dont really have the time to run because i already fit in 10-11 hours of excersise each week and i also cant buy any weight loss products as i am only 14. I have already cut down on what i am eating but its not working, if anything i just seem to be getting bigger. And also if you have any good excuses for not eating your dinner( i’m not aloud to leave the room usually till finished) that would be a great help. And i don’t know if this helps at all but i am 5 ft 8 and 3/4 and i weigh about 8 and a half stone.

what foods cause weight gain i asked this before for my gf no good answers she wants to know in detail what foods cause weight gain and which foods aid in weight loss also she wants to know how to speed up her metabolism with out buying weight loss products and joining weight loss clubs she doesn’t go to the gym we don’t live near one and she doesn’t want to use exorcise equipment cuz it puts strain on her back also she wants to know how many pounds can she lose per mile on a walk brisk and how many calories it burns and how many calories sit ups jogging in place and push ups burn per minute thank you i just walk and do push ups ive never been over weight but my gf wants to know this thanks for the help

Desperatley need help losing weight?

I have tried everything eating less, starving, eating 6 small meals taking over the counter weight loss products and nothing works. I had my doctor put me on a prescription diet pill which did wonders but my body got immune to them and he took me off of it. Is there any over the counter stuff anyone can suggest that works like a prescription he will not put me on anything else says it might cause problems I do not care as long as the weight and fat comes off I need to lose 30 pounds please can some one help me.

I'm desperately trying to find a way to lose weight…?

I’ve tried making myself throw-up (stupid…I know) but I stopped after my best-friend found out and forced me to stop. Then I tried exercising while I’m in my room alone (sit-ups for example) but got angry after I saw no results after a LONG time (I actually think I gained weight a little) Then I started to cut back on my eating but then my mom started saying things like "I hardly ever see you eat" etc etc. And if I asked my mom I wanted to eat all healthy stuff she would eventually pick up on my trying to lose weight and lecture me on how I’m fine the way I am, blah blah blah. And since I’m only 14 it’s not like I can go out and buy my own groceries or get weight-loss products.

I don’t want everyone around me to know that I’m trying to lose weight and I’d rather keep it to myself if possible.
Are there any other ways to lose weight fast besides these?

how can i get back to my normal weight?

im 5’3 and currently about 120, and want to get back to my normal weight of 113! i usually put some weight on in the winter months because i cant go outside, play soccer, go for runs.. and i find the gym REALLY boring. im active but only during summer when its nice out! is it healthy for me to only eat salads, fruits and few meats druing the day? if i run in the cold for 15 mins will that be any help or do i need to run longer ? do you have any suggestins to help me lose weight! dont tell me about acia berries or stupid weight loss products im 15.

any serious advice how to lose weight fast, like twenty or thirty pounds in a month,?

please do not tell me what is healthy, i know one is supposed to lose weight gradually, how to lose at least twenty pounds in a month, and remain reasonably safe in doing it , any really good over the counter weight loss products that are really good?? and does that belt that you put around your waiste that heated belt,supposed to reduce weight, does that really work, anyone know what i am talking about here,have any first hand experience with such a device, okay, thank you for advice, much appreciated
these answers are great so far, but keep in mind, i am limited to what exercising i can manage, and running is not in the picture, bicycle riding maybe but running and walking are not in the picture at this time, thank you

I'm desperate to loose weight, can anyone help me?

Ok i really want to loose some weight as im going to Poland with my in the summer. For breakfast I eat allbran and have a cup of tea. For lunch I have a pear, orange and tuna sandwiches. For tea I normally have a meal with some form of meat and vegetables. I was thinking that if I cut out my sandwhiches for lunch and ate less for tea i might loose some weight. Does anyone have any other ideas or reccomendations. I dont want to buy weight loss products though, i want to chnage the way or amount i eat. Please help x

How can I lose weight by summer?

I’m 18 years old and i started the pill about 5 months ago and it made me put on a little weight, that and the freshman 15. . late night pizzas are not good for the body.
well i’m trying to lose weight for the summer and i’m not sure how to go about it. Generally my problem is that I work a lot so I don’t have much time to work out, and i have to work at a local burger joint so that’s not helping the cause either.
Any weight loss products that actually work??
Anything else anyone has tried that’s worked?
I can get to the gym usually 3-4 times a week and I think i eat pretty good when i’m not at work.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.
