How do I get slimmer with a body like this?

I hate my arms and right now especiallly my thighs/hips. I also want to loose some fat around my stomach area but right now most most concern is my thighs/hips. I dont know why they got wider all of a sudden. please help~ and can yu explain the excefcises if yu can

Help needed with rapid weight loss?

I need to loose a lot of weight. Since starting a new medication in the summer I have gained 30 pounds. I can not stop taking the med, its not an option and I have been put on a pill that increases my sensitivity to insulin to decrease appetite as well as an oral contraceptive, which some of my friends say increases weight too.

I have joined a gym recently but still have not much clue on what to do there. My current routine is 30 min on the ellipse and then 15-25 on the cycle then 15 minutes of abs.I work a lot and do not have much time for the gym. Does any one have specific answers on a good gym routine especially for thighs hips tummy love handles and upper harms that can be done in an hour or so at the gym.,

Obviously exercise is not enough, I need a strict and specific diet but have no one to consult because I am not made out of money. I cant use weight loss products like hydroxy cut because of the nature of the medications i am on. Can anyone help?

how do i tone my body and slim down really fast?

im 14, 137 pounds, 5′3, and i have 31.5% body fat.
I really would like to get rid of the layer of fat over my abs, and slim down my arms and thighs. so basically i just wanna slim down completely and have a bikini body.
But, How do I do it by March 25th?
Im going to san diego for spring break so i wanna be able to walk around the beach with my bikini.

Can you use a body wrap on only one part of your body?

I want to use a body wrap to lose inches from my tummy and thighs very quickly. However, I don’t like wrapping my entire body. Can I get the same slimming results if I only wrap myself from my waist to my thighs, or does it have to be your entire body?

Weight LOSS Supplements? What would help me?

I am 22yrs old 6′2" 380Lbs. I weighed 210Lbs 4 1/2yrs ago when I was in H.S and I was a guard on the Basketball team and I also ran Track. I currently sit in a cubicle Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm which is not helping my weight loss at all. I have been working out for a month Mon-Fri in the evenings for 1-2hrs. I have been mainly using the elliptical, bike, and lifting upper body weights.I have lost 10lbs in my first month but I am looking for supplements or something that I can use to help burn more fat and possibly build more muscle. I really need to burn fat on my stomach, love handles, lower abdomen, inner and back thighs and I would love to lose my man titties too LOL. Does anyone have any suggestions of what will help me the best?
Ive heard people say that Hydroxycut is good, so is Fastin, and Revolution if you do the 2 or 3pack? Oh and also Lipo 6 and Lipo 6x.
