Can someone plz tell me a good diet to loose weight!?

I want to loose about 10kg before netball starts in april but i also want to loose a couple of kilos before school starts in a month. Not too many coz that would be unhealthy. Im 12 and 166cm and 58kg can someone plz help. I just want a normal diet that i just get healthy food out of the fridge / pantry no websites or weight loss products just tell me. i would also appreciate if u told me the exersize i should do and how much i eat and when during the day.

Effective weight loss help?

Hey I’m 15 years old, 5’4" and 138 lbs. I would like to get into the 110-120 range. I’m moderately active now and spend most of the day on my feet, bike about 2.5 miles 3x/wk, and go to dance class 1x/wk for an hour. My weight is never really consistant in the course of 2 wks It’ll drop to maybe 137 and then rise up to 145. I can never seem to get it below 136 or so unless im sick or something.
Help in overcoming this? I don’t like fish (At all) and I dont want to ask my parents to change their lifestyle/eating habits overly much.
O, and any exercises to loose excess fat on tummy/thighs?

How to loose weight and keep the weight off?

I am 15 years old and I weigh almost a 120lbs. and i am somewhere around the height of 5’2. i have stretch marks on my hips and between my thighs and cellulite too! It is very depressing. How do you get your thighs to be skinnier?

(Without excercise) I’m not lazy, It’s just I’ve tried and tried. I’m not fat either, I’m 14 and 110 lbs, but I want to make my thighs skinnier. Is there anything I could do? (Without buying weight-loss products of any kind). I want to wear skinny jeans :P

Fast weight loss, results? help?

I’m 5"7", I weigh 125, and I’m a teenage girl.
I’m not anorexic and I’m not going to approach weight loss in an unhealthy way, I’m aware of the consequences. I know that I’m "healthy" according to many "accurate" weight calculation charts and doctors, but I have excess fat on my stomache, butt, and thighs that I do not want.

My goal is to lose at least 10 pounds, 15 maximum.
If I eat drink coffee in the morning (As I always do,) eat a little breakfast, and about 200-300 calories at lunch, and no more than 400-600 for dinner, + work out for at least 30 minutes a few days a week, AND take my herbal supplements, "SmartCleanse" -the 30 day cleanse tablets

how much weight am I garunteed to lose?
and what is the process in which i will lose the pounds?
for example, i know it is possible to lose up to 10 pounds in the first week, then it slows down to about 2-3 lbs a week, but based on YOUR expierience, what are the real statistics/results?

will exericises such as lunges, squats,and heel raises slim the body or make them appear bigger?

some fitness experts has claimed that such exercises can tone the body and make them slim. However, some people have made a point that such exercises will only increase muscles mass and therefore make the legs , butt and hips appear bulkier. which is true? i am doing squats for my butt and thighs and heel raises for my calves. i also understand that you can spot reduce, but will these exercises help me tone up my body even faster? should i stop doing these? and will they really bulk up my legs?

How can I slim out my body a little?

I’m not overweight, I’m not skinny. I’m average. Although I do have some curves that are not very attractive (love handles, a little stomach flab, hips, butt, thighs & calves are big) so how can I slim out those areas a little bit? Especially around my butt & thighs… and love handles… haha.
