I am currently trying to loose weight.
Me:
weight – 10 stone 11 lbs (151lbs or 68kg)
height – 5 foot 4 inches
bmi – 25.79 – overweight (93rd centile)
I want to be:
weight – 9 stone (126lbs or 57kg)
height – 5 foot 4 inches
Im starting a new diet as i have tried so many & none of them seem to show positive results. I have decided to start the slim fast diet. This diet means i have to drink two milkshakes which are made up of slim fast powder mixed with skimmed milk & a main meal. I can also have snacks but i rarely get hungry during the day. This is a calorie controlled diet. I also exercise for about 1hour a week ad i have a busy schedule.
My diet plan:
1 milkshake for breakfast.
1 slim fast cup of soup for dinner OR 1 milkshake.
A main meal for example jacket potato or salad with rice & chicken etc…
Is anyone else on this diet? Can anyone else give me some tips or advice?
How long will it take for me to loose weight on this diet? Does it actually work?
