For almost 2 1/2 years now I was diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism, and high blood pressure. Pressure is normally 150 / 90 – 100 and a pulse of 90 +, BUT THATS NOT ALL. The heartbeat and pressure also fluctuate at high levels within seconds!

I can have 150 / 90 now and 2 mins later when I check again it could be like 160 + /100 +. It keeps fluctuating alot, sometimes to very high levels, slightly lower and then high again (and all this happens within minutes and sometimes even seconds).

I was already hospitalised for this, but I get adverse and dangerous side effects from the medicine that the doctors prescribed. The side effects are so bad that the doctors themselves reccomended that I stop taking the medicine. They also said that they are unable to help me any further.

THIS IS VER STRANGE. I have a very healty diet, I eat at home (my moms a nutritioist). NO Drugs, nothing. Even NO history of heart desease in the family! AND Im totally skinny , im not even fat! Im literally skin and bone.

Is there anyone else out there who has similar problems? If so how do you deal with it? Thanks in advance for all answers.

I saw a commercial for this, and it seemed too good to be true, but I really need to lose weight. This stuff seems legit, but I don’t want to buy it online or anything.

So I was wondering if I could get it at a store like Target or something. Also suggest any other weight loss supplements or stuff you can use.

ok, so im 17, 18 in a couple of months and im a chick.
for my birthday which is near the end of october i would like to be in pretty good shape, like toned and quite slim.
weight has been an issue with me for the past few years and it affects most things i do, i weigh bout 10.6 stone and eventually would like to be a healthy 8-ish. although looking at me its not that obvious i weigh so much but, im sick of rolls of fat, i want a toned body.
i eat pretty healthily, but i love crisps….lol
any way could someone help me and tell me the best weight loss excercises and the best excercises for toning quickly.
im really desperate, im not doing it cos i worry what people think of me im doing it because it actually makes me really unhappy, and i just want to be happy.

Hi, i’m a little around 100 kgs.(sometimes it drops, sometimes it climbs). earlier i used to be around 90. i joined gym and started eating healthy and so on & i dropped down to 80 in 3 months. but since it was my final year in junior college i had to concentrate on my studies and gave up on that and regained my original weight. but in the last 3-4 months i climbed another 10 kgs. though i had given up gymming i controlled my diet. yet my weight increased. so i am convinced that going to gym can’t help me permanently since i’ll have to continue even after loosing weight. so can you recommend any truly effective weight loss pills available in india at the local pharmacies, with/without prescription? are himalaya ayurslim pills any good? and please do not recommend pills that only control your weight, i need to LOSE weight, tonnes of it! and i can’t shop for pills from the internet as well.

I take medicine because my thyroid levels are too low, I am looking for a weight loss supplement or something to help with my last 20 pounds to lose. If anyone has any good info it’d be great. Thanks in advance. And yes I have already gotten it cleared through my doctor as long as it doesn’t have stimulants in it.
I do work out for an hour 5 days a week and eat healthy. I mix up the cardio and strength training, and no more than 1200 caolries a day

If i eat :

for breakfast: porridge ( the ready-break stuff) and a banana and to drink some juice
for lunch: pasta with tomato sauce and water to drink
for dinner: soup with two slices of toast and lightly buttered
for snacks: fruit
and drink at least 1.5 litres of water per day

if i do this everyday for as long as it takes, how much weight will i lose and what exercise should i do?

I am 14, 5"3 and weigh 8 stones.
I have put on alot of weight recently, as ive been going through a rough patch and have put on like 1/2 a stone, so i want it back off.
I want my stomach flat again, b/c it is a little bit bulgy and i don’t like it.

what type of exercises should i do? i basically just want it off my stomach, but anywhere else. i don’t want to crash diet, cos that comes back to get you *from experience*

and is the food thing good enough? you could say if i should eat something else instead? i am a vegetarian.

Im a mom of 6. I only need to lose maybe 10-12 lbs. I have modified my diet about as much as I can. I excercise only moderately due to my schedule.
