I suddenly started breaking out all over my chest, my neck, and my breasts. I normally don’t break out on my body besides my face. And even my face hardly breaks out. I’m 19 & I have VERY sensitive skin and I break out but my skin is really dry. I’ve never found anything that helps can someone please help me find a good skin care product or products? Something maybe natural?
Also I have tried Cetaphil, Neutrogena, Elemis, Clean and Clear, CeraVe and many others…. they either make my face too dry or too oily and I break out..

I have sensitive and dehydrated skin. But at the same time, also prone to have pimples. When my skin if dehydrated, need to apply more moisturizer. But it will cause more breakouts.
Gradually, my skin become sensized. After the extraction in beauty centre, face become ‘reddish’ and few days later will have breakouts and flaking skin.
Would like to ask: what kind of food or vitamin or skin care product that can taking care all these problems at same time.
I am 30 years old. During teenage time, no pimples/ breakouts at all.
