I have try loss pills, but not get weight loss fast, any one can recomendate me some product? i want some nice articles and review product

I’m planning to start taking these pills. I’m not really a believer of fast weight loss products but because this one is FDA-approved and encourages diet and excercise, I’m willing to try it out. There aren’t really any side effects to it, or so it says, if you do things right.

Nevertheless, I want to do some research on it before I buy it since it is like for 90 capsules which only last a month since the thing is three pills a day. I’ve already gone to their website and read how it works and stuff but I’d like to know if any of you have tried it and what you think of it.

I heard that taking fiber pills can help with weight loss, as can hoodia apparently. And smoking! Is there anything else besides exercise, low calorie diet and bulimia?

I started exercising again but I am starting to get discouraged and I know if I don’t see results soon I am going to fall into my evil ways again. A lot of my friends suggested taking a weight loss supplement to help me but everything seems to be in pill form. I haven’t been able to swallow pills since I was eight and choked on a large pill. I know it’s totally psychological, but I just can’t swallow pills. So is there something out there that I could take?

When Alli (Orletset?) was perscription only, I believe one pill was twice to amount as 1 pill of the public Alli. So my question is you could safely take 2 Alli pills per meal? Would cut it out a little more fat? I guess it seems more expensive but as long as you eat well, I don’t see it making the bathroom side effects any worse. Anyone tried this?

I’m 23 and just recently switched off of the Ortho Evra patch because it was increasing my uterine lining and causing break through bleeding both randomly and durring sexual activity. They put me on Junel fe 1/20 (the generic version of Loestrin fe 1/20) and looking online I have found some good things and alot of bad. I just want to get feedback from anyone who has taken Microgestin, Junel fe, or Loestrin fe. Some of the negatives I have seen online are hair loss, weight gain, and loss of libedo. I am scared that this will give me nothing but problems. Please answer if you have any expieriance with these pills.

Also wanted to mention I was on other b/c pills before. I was on Estrostep and it gave me 2 pds a month, then Ortho Tricyclin for a long time and I rected normal to it, then like I said Ortho evra…which just increased my PMS mood swings…. If I am reacting normal to them will I react the same to others?

along with diet and exersice is there something i could use thats HEALTHY and will help me with loosing weight, no pills though…

I am getting married in 6 weeks and would like to add a weight loss supplement to my diet and exercise routine. I follow a low-fat, low-calorie, high fiber diet (ie weight watchers) and exercise throughout the week. I see commercials for all different pills, but not sure which one would be good for me. I just want to maximize my weight loss in the weeks before my wedding. Ultimately, I would like to lose 10 lbs, please let me know what I can use to help accomplish this.

OK, I am trying to lose a few pounds. I want to go to the gym and workout but this all seems pointless to me because I workout hard like I have been told too, but the small little belly bulge and love handles wont go away. I want to add a diet pill to my gym routine. I have tried Venom (it has hoodia in it) and it makes me not eat nearly as much as before(I dont eat a lot anyway) but I have not noticed a dramatic weight loss. I want to take a pill that is guaranteed to help me lose weight…fast. I know there has to be something out there that will help me lose weight regardless of how much I have to lose, I just cannot find it. I am about 6′0” male and weigh about 160lbs. I just want to get down to 140. If there is a supplement I can take to lose weight but gain muscle all faster that sounds even better. PLEASE HELP ME!!! I wanna lose weight ASAP and get a rock hard ab area ASAP! I know people are gonna say pills are dumb, just give me a recommendation please, not lecture!
