Help me? is this a good diet? i need to lose weight!?

Im female, 17, 5 foot 2 and weigh 9st4/130lbs at the moment

My food plan is-

Breakfast:
Cheerios and skimmed milk
Orange juice
Banana

Lunch
Weight watchers tuna mayo on 2 slices of wholemeal toast
apple
Smoothie

Dinner
Lentil soup with 2 crackerbread
Pomegreat (pomegranate juice)
Shape yoghurt

Supper
2 finger Kit Kat orange (to cut cravings and its low)

I also take skin hair and nail tablets and cod liver oil.

All the food above I really enjoy that’s why I choose it, and I had chocolate at the end because it helps me to get over daily cravings and not quit.

All the food above averagely comes to about 1000 calories which is lower than recommended but im only 5ft 2 which is fairly short so I don’t need as much as other people.
At the moment I weigh 9st4 (130lbs) and I want to get to my ideal weight which is 7st10 (108lbs) I know this weight is my healthy weight because I was this weight about a year ago and I did a lot of exercise back then
but over the last year i went through a bad patch and then Christmas and put a lot of weight on, and i now need to lose it because i have no confidence i feel horrible and im worried about my health, and i have tried everything and this seems to work and i can stick to his but i want to know if its okay

As for Exercise-
Everyday I do either the Baywatch bikini ready workout DVD(1hour) or go on the cross trainer for an hour and do crunches and stretch and I do it first thing in the morning before breakfast because apparently it boosts your metabolism and it wakes you up

I drink absolutely plenty of water throughout the day.

Basically I just wanted someone else opinion on it all I know its not the perfect diet, but its perfect for me, I was just wondering though if anyone has any opinions anyway or if they think it is a good idea?

What doctor should I see next for multiple problems?

I have a few health issues- new (last 6 months) and older. I went to PCP for hand rash and tender lump near ear. He diagnosed staph and gave Bactrim and nasal Bactroban. I’ve been on Bactrim for 11 days w/no improvement. I also have had several asthma attacks of increasing severity over the last week or so. I’ve never had attacks like this before (only allergy or exercise-induced). I also have an itchy scalp problem that the original doctor didn’t see (no time) that could possibly also be staph. Of course, I am not convinced that any of this is staph.

These are the problems:
Tenderness near ear (lymph node?)
Patch of itchy scalp
Little patches of dry skin near eyes
Hand rash (dyshidrotic eczema?)
Back pain
Muscle tenderness in spots
Easy bruising
Insomnia / sleepiness

Things that could be related:
Migraines
Mild depression
Difficulty losing weight (dietician thinks metabolism prob.)

Where should I go next? A specialist? In what? Do I just wait?

which method of exercise is more effective for weight loss?

i am starting a healthy eating and exercise plan tomorrow in order to lose about 14 pounds. i have been wondering whether it would be more beneficial to do 4 lots of 15 minutes of exercise at intervals throughout the day rather than doing a full hour all at once? would this keep my metabolism up and be more effective or would it not make a difference?
