okay so, 4 months ago i started losing weight by changing my diet to reduce meats and increase more cardio into my routine, since january i went from 205lbs to 174lbs but now ive realized that i actually had very little upper body strength, sure, my legs are actually massive, being able to squat 300lbs but all the xbox and no life killed my upper body
so, for about a month ive been going to the gym for 4 weeks or so every 2 days, ive noticed a little improvement but… not much, in my random searchings through the internet i came up across "muscle max XL" and "para slim force" two dietary supplements you take in the morning and afternoon.
they promise to tone you out and give you more energy to work out, its not exactly going to make you super strong but it will make you look the part and the motivator alone should kick you to the gym let alone the energy it should give you. so.
here’s my questions
-does it actually work? (most important question)
-how often should i take it?
-what are the side effects? (try and be specific plz, and, only relevant ones plz)
-when im done the supplement (stop using it) will my muscle shrink away or will it stay? (basically, is it fake muscle or will it last)
-other things i should know about the product?
