Help needed with rapid weight loss?

I need to loose a lot of weight. Since starting a new medication in the summer I have gained 30 pounds. I can not stop taking the med, its not an option and I have been put on a pill that increases my sensitivity to insulin to decrease appetite as well as an oral contraceptive, which some of my friends say increases weight too.

I have joined a gym recently but still have not much clue on what to do there. My current routine is 30 min on the ellipse and then 15-25 on the cycle then 15 minutes of abs.I work a lot and do not have much time for the gym. Does any one have specific answers on a good gym routine especially for thighs hips tummy love handles and upper harms that can be done in an hour or so at the gym.,

Obviously exercise is not enough, I need a strict and specific diet but have no one to consult because I am not made out of money. I cant use weight loss products like hydroxy cut because of the nature of the medications i am on. Can anyone help?

How can I get a slim, toned body?

This question is asked a lot, I know, but I’m serious. Here’s my deal : I’m slim, I’m just out of shape and lack muscle tone and have some extra fat. I just need to know how I can be able to tone it down and lose the extra fat on my hips, tummy, inner thighs, and arms. I drink lots of green tea and try to eat healthy, I just don’t know what specific foods to eat and what exercises to do

Which Nivea Lotion is BEST for “orange peel” belly? Goodbye Cellulite, Anti-Age Treatment, or My Silhouette!

Nivea has a few different products for skin tightning, cellulite, etc. Just a little confused about which one is best for my purpose.

I’m in my early 30s, but have had the orange peel thing happening on my stomach for the past year.

Just purchased Nivea’s Goodbye Cellulite, in addition to Nivea’s Age Defying Moisturizer, both for use on my body and not my face.

But I wonder if the "orange peel" belly is even cellulite or just excess skin from when I lost 10 pounds, and if the cellulite gel would even work for this.

NIVEA PRODUCTS’ CLAIMS

Anti-Age Treatment Body Lotion
Less wrinkles, e.g. at décolleté or arm pit area
Less dryness all over the body

My Silhouette!/Slimming & Reshaping Gel-Cream
Leads to a reduction of up to 3 cm on targeted body parts such as thighs, hips, waist and belly.

Good-bye Cellulite Gel-Cream
Visible reduction of the appearance of cellulite at the respective body parts.

Help! Don’t want to use the incorrect product for my belly….
I forgot about Skin Firming Moisturiser by Nivea.

CLAIMS
Noticeably firms the skin
Tangibly tightens the skin
Moisturises the skin

Sigh.

Tampon question (graphic) ***please no pervs!?

Ok so I usually use pads but this last month I got my period unexpectedly so I ran to the drug store to get some tampons on vaca. because I was planning on going in the pool. Long story short I’ve never been able to use tampons pretty much just because I can’t relax but I finally found a comfortable position that I like to use to insert the tampon. I use tampax pearl slender btw. The first time I got it in I was kind of nervous so I didn’t put the applicator in ALL the way so when I pushed the tampon out of the applicator it was still kind of sticking out. ***Graphic Content*** It wasn’t actually sticking out of my body but I could feel it sticking out of the vagina (the actual hole) and I could feel it sticking out w/ out sticking my finger down there. I tried pushing it in w/ my finger but it didn’t work and was a little bit painful. I left it in for about 10-15 minutes to let it soak up some blood because I know it can be painful taking out a tampon that is dry. It came out quite easily and I then tried to put another one in try to again. The applicator did go in all the way (Very easily actually…is that normal? It just slid right in) Anyways I pushed the tampon in but I could still again feel it sticking out of my body. What’s with this? Do I need shorter tampons or something? The weird thing I thought was that when I took off my underwear to resort to a pad there was spotting in my underwear.

So the question is 1. Do I need shorter tampons (or a different size or something) 2. Is it weird that I was spotting w/ the tampon in? and 3. Is it odd that the tampon slid in so easily? (because I’ve always had a horrible time trying to use them because I have small hips and I have a hard time relaxing)
Sorry it’s so long. I’m new to tampons. I’ve had my period for about 2 or 3 years btw. Thanks :)
Sorry :( I use playtex pearl gentle glides- I always get those two confused- urgh

Why is our society obsessed with skinny?

I mean… I like to stay slim but the figures of some other teenage girls isn’t healthy at all. They have bony arms, lanky legs and practically none existent hips. They’ve been brought up with that image projected on them; on tv and in magazines.
These girls are really proud of their skeletal frames and I don’t understand it. When people say that they look anorexic, they smile as if that’s a compliment. Anorexia is a SERIOUS mental disorder that can result in heart failure, infertility and a strange relationship with food.

I know that every single journalist and magazine writer are publishing articles of this kind in a sad attempt to win the public’s hearts but I went to topshop the other day, saw a girl shopping and thought "Wow shes really skinny." then as I walked around the store I realised that most of the teen girls were unusually thin and underweight, which takes a toll on their skin and hair, which they then cover with products and makeup.

I practically writhed with shock when a young shop assistant said to my mother "I wish I was that skinny." That says it all. I don’t like this new waif look, don’t think that’s a body to be proud of at all.
-So sorry for ranting but please actually give me an answer to the question; why is our society obsessed with skinny?

I want to get a more toned body and slim my hips and waist?

Does anyone know the correct exercises to do in order to get a more toned body and a slimmer waist and hips? I have an elliptical and a bike… how often should i excersise and for how long?

Are there any Weight loss supplements or energy boosters that work?

I am a 34 year old mother of three. I recently had to start taking Kepra for seizures. I have went from 138 up to 179 in three months. I have had my seizure medication switched due to the weight gain. However, I have not lost any of the weight I gained. I eat very little, so dieting alone does not work. I have no energy. Any suggestions for increasing metabolism or exercises focusing on stomach and hips?

What is the most effective weight loss pill you have taken?

I’m just trying to lose some belly fat, probably around 7-10 lbs and some weight off my hips/love handles. I do sit-ups & crunches all the time, and I don’t really eat much to begin with, and nothing has worked. All I ever drink is water, and sometimes chocolate milk. Has anyone tried anything like Acai, Alli, Hydroxycut, anything? I just want to find out what REALLY works. Help!

How can i get rid of stretch marks?

I am 15 years old and i am male. I have dark skin.
I have always been large for my age but i never had fat on my body. I was just bulky as in muscle. About three years ago, i gained lots of weight and i got fat. I have a ridiculous amount of stretch marks around my hips and on my thighs, lower back and on my inner arm. How can i treat these marks with home remedies or affordable products?

The marks are affecting my self esteem as i do not feel comfortable removing my shirt since many are visible then even though i am slimming fast and my body looking slim-er.

Thanks in advance.
