How to loose weight and keep the weight off?

I am 15 years old and I weigh almost a 120lbs. and i am somewhere around the height of 5’2. i have stretch marks on my hips and between my thighs and cellulite too! It is very depressing. I have gained weight fast, and now I need to loose it FAST! My weight goal is to loose 15lbs and weigh 105 in about 1-2 months. I really need to know how to loose weight FREE and FAST! i have no money to spend on a lot of weight loss products. It will be really helpful if you gave me tips. and steps to loosing weight fast but healthy. And if you could, give me a list of foods to eat, and foods not to eat! Please help me,,, thanks a lot

PCOS and Loosing Weight?

My older sister and I are sitting here talking and we need some advice- My sister thinks she has PCOS- she has been trying to conceive for about 6 months now with no luck- she has irregular periods, is overweight (and all her weight is carried in her mid section above her hips), and some dark patches of hair (like a happy trail on her stomach and a patch of light hair on her lowerback). She is about 5 foot 5 and weighs about 200lbs so in order to be in her BMI she should weigh about 150. Do you guys think she should loose weight first and then go to the gyno to be diagnosed with PCOS or should she get diagnosed and then attempt to loose the weight. Will having PCOS affect her ability to loose weight? Any help would be great.

will exericises such as lunges, squats,and heel raises slim the body or make them appear bigger?

some fitness experts has claimed that such exercises can tone the body and make them slim. However, some people have made a point that such exercises will only increase muscles mass and therefore make the legs , butt and hips appear bulkier. which is true? i am doing squats for my butt and thighs and heel raises for my calves. i also understand that you can spot reduce, but will these exercises help me tone up my body even faster? should i stop doing these? and will they really bulk up my legs?

How can I slim out my body a little?

I’m not overweight, I’m not skinny. I’m average. Although I do have some curves that are not very attractive (love handles, a little stomach flab, hips, butt, thighs & calves are big) so how can I slim out those areas a little bit? Especially around my butt & thighs… and love handles… haha.

I’ve been working out – a lot of cardio, mostlyl the elliptical. I’m trying to focus now on slimming down my hips. What is the best exercise to focus on for that body part? Is walking/running on the treadmill the way to go?

Help needed with rapid weight loss?

I need to loose a lot of weight. Since starting a new medication in the summer I have gained 30 pounds. I can not stop taking the med, its not an option and I have been put on a pill that increases my sensitivity to insulin to decrease appetite as well as an oral contraceptive, which some of my friends say increases weight too.

I have joined a gym recently but still have not much clue on what to do there. My current routine is 30 min on the ellipse and then 15-25 on the cycle then 15 minutes of abs.I work a lot and do not have much time for the gym. Does any one have specific answers on a good gym routine especially for thighs hips tummy love handles and upper harms that can be done in an hour or so at the gym.,

Obviously exercise is not enough, I need a strict and specific diet but have no one to consult because I am not made out of money. I cant use weight loss products like hydroxy cut because of the nature of the medications i am on. Can anyone help?
