How can I get a slim, toned body?

This question is asked a lot, I know, but I’m serious. Here’s my deal : I’m slim, I’m just out of shape and lack muscle tone and have some extra fat. I just need to know how I can be able to tone it down and lose the extra fat on my hips, tummy, inner thighs, and arms. I drink lots of green tea and try to eat healthy, I just don’t know what specific foods to eat and what exercises to do

Natural Supplements in aide to weight loss?

I am wondering what are some NATURAL supplements to help in aide of weight loss. I am currently taking green tea extract, a multivitamin, a B vitamin complex, fish oil, L Glutamine, and L Carnatine… Are there any other out there that help with metabolism or weight loss?

i am 6.4 weight 95 kilo’s and i want to loss weight im 17 and any products that would help i drink green tea once a day it is said it could aid in weight loss due to increasing some metobloice rate (cant spell it) ,any tips on products or diet tips , i do know about the carbs and small meals,

e-cigarettes and weight loss?

My brother is a heavy smoker. He tried to quit once before using the patch, but he had some side effects from it, and eventually went back to smoking.

He and his wife had a baby, and he decided it was time to quit, and he bought the e-cigarette. he started at a higher dose of nicotine, and he’s weaned himself down to a lower dose… soon he wants to wean himself down to a zero-nicotine e-cigarette, (they say to stay with it for a while to not gain weight, because many people who quit smoking need something to do with their hands, and turn to eating.)

he’s done pretty good with it thus far and it got me to thinking…

I have problems with my weight right now after an accident. I had to have surgery on both of my legs and ended up gaining weight from bed rest. I seem to fall into the habit of eating now when I’m bored, in pain, watching tv or have nothing better to do.

I don’t smoke… but there is a green tea with vitamin nicotine free e-cig filter… could puffing on one of those when I get bored, help curb my boredom eating? Or are E-cigs not good for that?

did acai berry. the whole "miracle drug" is a pile of horse poop. it has the same benefits of any berry, no more, no less.

Even with doctor approved exercises and diet, it didn’t do much.

how much weight can i lose in 2 months ?

by usuing the following things ::

eating breakfast in the morning

eating more frequently through out the day [every 2-3 hours]

using those weight loss patches

using a green tea / hoodia supplement

and working out at the gym between 4 and 5 days a week for an hour at a time

im hoping to lose about 20 or so pounds by doing this. i know that a lot of you are going to tell me how unheathy this is but im not doing it in an unheathy way. im going to continue to eat well, just add these things to help me lose weight.

what do you think ?

Is there any weight loss product i can buy at the store that works?

I guess im just really impatcient but i want something that i can buy in the stores that works. I’ve heard that lean green tea and acai berries work but you can only get them online i think.

is it safe to mix green tea pills with other weight loss supplements?

Questions about supplements and weight loss?

I do not want to take any diet pills I did before and it is too expensive and does not take off that much weight. My questions are what supplements can I take that help you drop weight naturally. I take green tea extract which increases metabolism. I also take Flax Seed oil which also helps with weight loss. Does anyone recommend anything else natural that promotes weight loss. My second question is how can I take Flax seeds instead of the oil? Any suggestions? I do not want to just eat them plain.

if i do this will this make me lose weight by christmas?

a healthy diet which is basically vegetables. and whole wheat bread. eat something small every 3-4 hours. no soda or fried foods, just water and green tea.( i will try for the organic stuff), cardio for 45 minutes of cardio every other day. on the days i wont do cardio i will do a 10 minute warm up then weight lift. with heavy weights.

weights: Bench press, incline bench press, military press, arnold press, power clean, single arm row, triceps extensions, lat pull downs, squats, curls with a bar. also workouts that focus on abs every other day.
i took a weight lifting class at school.

the diet is i said mainly vegetables, whole grain products, water/green tea/ fish 2 times a week, tuesday and friday. try to fit in some berries in there. the only berry might be blue berrys because i get sick if i eat something i don’t like.

cardio: 45 minutes as said, one week bike and the next jogging, then bike again etc.

if i put effort in this will i lose body fat by christmas. i have agrandparentt who ihaven’tt seen for 5 years in person and she is coming to visit in December and i want to look good.

will this work?

if you recomend other liting workouts TELL me. and anyhting i should add to my diet.
for breakfest i will be eating oatmeal or multi-grain cherrios. useing skim/slim milk.

I have recently purchased the hoodia green tea patches for weight loss, and I am increasing my activity and drinking more water, does anyone have any tricks or know of a good way to lose weight? I need to lose 150 lbs.
