Effective weight loss?

I am 19 yrs old. For the past yr i have been stressed out from losing both my parents and having to take care of my younger sibling. My stomach, legs and butt has gotten bigger. Plus i have love handles. Which exercises do you think would work the best for me?

Effective weight loss help?

Hey I’m 15 years old, 5’4" and 138 lbs. I would like to get into the 110-120 range. I’m moderately active now and spend most of the day on my feet, bike about 2.5 miles 3x/wk, and go to dance class 1x/wk for an hour. My weight is never really consistant in the course of 2 wks It’ll drop to maybe 137 and then rise up to 145. I can never seem to get it below 136 or so unless im sick or something.
Help in overcoming this? I don’t like fish (At all) and I dont want to ask my parents to change their lifestyle/eating habits overly much.
O, and any exercises to loose excess fat on tummy/thighs?

For people that have lost weight: How did you do it?

I’m not looking for weight-loss products like Acai Berry, Hydroxycut, Diet Pills…etc.

If anyone out there has lost weight, please tell me your secret on how you lost it! (I mean losing weight as in GETTING FIT…not starving yourself!)

fast-working, effective, weight loss exercises, tips for a 13 year old?

I am 12-14, I weigh 136-141 lbs (it moves around). I am trying to get to 100-110 lbs. What are some good exercises, that can get my leg toned, my belly toned, my back toned, my face toned, my neck toned, well basically everything toned. I am dieting, but my mom has been really busy this last year and can’t take me to the gym, I am home-schooled, so my usual gym is my pool, but it just got hot enough to go in. I am trying to be able to wear a swim suit, and not look as frumpy by the end of summer. I will be vacationing somewhere, where I can walk every where, so I plan to lose weight that way. I need a fast working, effective exercises or tips to start my weight loose off. Any idea? Tips?

would you suggest wii fit as an effective tool in weight loss if used frequently and correctly?

the only reason i would get wii fit is to help me in my weight loss goal. my gym has gotten very busy and i spend half my time waiting to use machines rather than actually using them. is the wii fit helpful in weight loss and "fitness" as it seems?
obviously diet as well, im just wondering if it gives actual exercises or just kind of playing around

i need to lose about 40 pounds, seeing as summer is coming and i would like to be more comfortable with my body. i don’t have very much time to exercises but im sure i could squeeze in half an hour or so of exercises only im looking to lose about 2 pounds a week. so im looking for the best foods and best exercises to do any help would be great

and if anyone has had experience with weight loss i would love to hear about your program as well as how much you lost and the period of time it took.

Slim Body?

What are the best exercises to slim your body all over? I’ve know walking/ running is good for this, but are there any others? I already do exercises to specifically tone my stomach, but I was just wondering about a general body slimmer. Thanks.
