Im 14 years old, 5′5" and about 125 pounds.
Ive done a lot of sports so my body has become a bit boyish in parts.
I have broad shoulders, and muscular arms and legs. I have small breasts and a slim waist.
I recently quit gymnastics and started to go to the gym, but what exercises or activities can help me even out my body? Im interested in slimming down my arms and legs, especially my calves.

I am 16 years old and I weigh 140 lbs. I have a pear shaped body – absolutely no breasts, wide hips, a huge ass, and thick, muscular legs. I was wondering how I could slim down my lower body, either by specific exercises, or by a change in diet.

I’d really like responses from people who have lost significant amounts of weight. I’d just like to know of some simple exercises that are effective in burning fat. I’ve got one hell of a long way to go, but I figure for my health, my sanity, and any hope of EVER being in a relationship, weight loss is a necessary thing.
I use to run everyday and kick box at least 3 times a week. The past year I pretty much gave up running and ended up dropping my kick boxing classes due to my college schedule. Since.then I have gained about 20 pounds.
What are some good exercises to tone up my body and to slim down the love handles?
And what are some easy meals/snacks I could make or buy to loose the weight again.Im not one to stick to diets.

My brother is a heavy smoker. He tried to quit once before using the patch, but he had some side effects from it, and eventually went back to smoking.
He and his wife had a baby, and he decided it was time to quit, and he bought the e-cigarette. he started at a higher dose of nicotine, and he’s weaned himself down to a lower dose… soon he wants to wean himself down to a zero-nicotine e-cigarette, (they say to stay with it for a while to not gain weight, because many people who quit smoking need something to do with their hands, and turn to eating.)
he’s done pretty good with it thus far and it got me to thinking…
I have problems with my weight right now after an accident. I had to have surgery on both of my legs and ended up gaining weight from bed rest. I seem to fall into the habit of eating now when I’m bored, in pain, watching tv or have nothing better to do.
I don’t smoke… but there is a green tea with vitamin nicotine free e-cig filter… could puffing on one of those when I get bored, help curb my boredom eating? Or are E-cigs not good for that?

did acai berry. the whole "miracle drug" is a pile of horse poop. it has the same benefits of any berry, no more, no less.
Even with doctor approved exercises and diet, it didn’t do much.
Am asking for a friend’s behalf.
She has a bad spine, bad ankle and bad knees. There is no way she can indulge in strenuous exercises. She also suffers from water phobia and thus does not know how to swim. Therefore, there is no way I can enourage her to take a dip in the pool with me.
So how can she get a slim and fit body? She is very depressed about her current condition… cos I believed she has gained 30 pounds due to her condition. She might have been eating slightly more since she is depressed bout her weight and looks. She is in her early 30s.
How can I help as a friend?
