Healthy FAST weight loss (again)?

I’m posting this question again because EVERYONE misunderstood what my actual question was. ( But thank you to everyone for their diet tips).
WHAT I ORIGINALLY WROTE:
If you have a substantial amount of weight to lose and you are able to lose it quickly by exercise and healthy diet, is that still bad for your body? I’m talking about LOTS of swimming, and tone ups everyday several times a day and eating healthy well balanced meals……..

WHAT I MEANT:
Everyone misunderstood my question. I did not want to know HOW to lose weight. I wanted to know if fast weight loss – even if it is done healthy can harm my body.
I’ve heard fast weight loss can cause gallbladder problems and know 2 people who that happened to. One lost weight by drugs the other lost weight fast but but taking up running and eating very healthy small portions…………. there was no proof that his healthy weight loss was the cause of his gallbladder problems………… he and his doc fiugers "What else could it have been’? He was only 19 yrs old.

fast weight loss, any tips?

I want to lose approx 15 lbs in 2 weeks.

First off, I realize this is not a "realistic" goal as it is recommended to lose 2-3 per week. I have researched enough to know it is not dangerous, just hard to do.

I am wondering if anyone has had any success doing this or any recommendations on what I could do to lose the weight!

I will not starve myself, I am not stupid. I am also not lazy therefore I want to incorporate both healthy eating and exercise into this weight loss. I realize some people lose the weight fast and then gain it all back, that is not what I am looking to do. I want to lose this weight fast to be a bridesmaid in my sister’s wedding, and I also want to keep it off following that. I am of average weight but have gained 20 lbs in 2 months due to my current antidepressant, and want to return to my normal weight. I am active and eat fairly healthy, although I do eat junk food at times like most people. I am willing to do a crash diet or cut my calories way down. Even try diet pills as long as they’re effective and not dangerous!

Fast weight loss is not fast?

Sorry, but this is not really a question. I see so many posts here about ways to lose weight fast. It is not safe to lose weight fast. Losing one, maybe two pounds a week is safe and effective, meaning a weight loss plan that will keep the weight off. Exercise and a reasonable diet that minimizes extra portions. Don’t be afraid to push yourself a bit on the exercise, especially if you are in your teens or 20’s.
I wish I could copy and paste this answer/question into about 100 of the "how can I lose weight quickly?" posts.

I’m slightly disabled on feet, running is near impossible , but I walk two hours every day at a fast pace, and want something else to do. To be more specific about disability, my toe has an injury similar to a break, and it’s my big toe so I can’t run, but I can walk if I tilt my foot. Fast weight loss?

I’m 15, and I way 200 pounds. Its not muscle, its fat. I eat healthy, exercise, but still don’t lose weight. If your gonna say that fast weight loss is bad for me, don’t answer. There have to be ways to drop pounds fast, just tell me how.
Okay, I don’t mean instant. I want to lose 25 pounds in about 6 weeks. How would I do that?

I am aware that the best one would be exercise. I want to supplement my diet which is controlled. I want to take whatever vitamins and herbs will help me achieve the last weight loss of 10 lbs. I gained it after a hysterectomy a year ago- and it’s hanging on.
