I have to loss about 30 lbs really fast. I am on a crazy and unsafe diet that i refuse to share with anyone because I don’t want anyone to damage their body as I probbaly am.

I have been on my diet for 2 weeks and I have lost 10 lbs. I plan to be on it for another 4 weeks so I can reach my goal. After that i will then begin to eat low fat, low calorie, heatly foods and then do exercies to keep from gaining weight back.
My life is important but I canot be over weight any longer. Doing it slowly makes me become inpatient. I also don’t see the results so I usually give up. I don’t want to spend 6 months to a year trying to lose what i have found that i can lose in 6 weeks.

child birth is why i gained weight. with my other baby i also gained 50 pounds. I lost it all over 2 years. It has been 10 months since my last baby and i have only lost 10 pounds. that was right after giving birth. now i am stuck 40 pounds over my normal weight

I am a student and I basically live on fast food … I desperately need to lose weight, lots of it. I try to count the calories but so far no success. Has anybody have a good diet to suggest? has any one tried Jenny Craig or Weight Watchers ? do they really work?
I 5′ 6" and I’m 164lbs. I have been trying to loose weight for about 3 weeks now so far I have lost 11lbs. Unfortunately this is not fast enough. Is there any weight loss plan that is free. I don’t want to become too skinny I want to loose about 15lbs. I have currently restricted my diet to about 700 calories per day. I am fully aware that this is not healthy which is why I am wondering if there is any other method. I don’t want to starve myself on the master cleanse but I also don’t want to not eat. I do about 20 crunches per day but the weight just does not seem to want to come off. I cant afford to buy a program so that is out of the picture for now. I would like to loose the 15lbs in about 2 weeks or less if possible. Thanks to all who respond.

Sorry, but this is not really a question. I see so many posts here about ways to lose weight fast. It is not safe to lose weight fast. Losing one, maybe two pounds a week is safe and effective, meaning a weight loss plan that will keep the weight off. Exercise and a reasonable diet that minimizes extra portions. Don’t be afraid to push yourself a bit on the exercise, especially if you are in your teens or 20’s.
I wish I could copy and paste this answer/question into about 100 of the "how can I lose weight quickly?" posts.
I am looking for a weight loss supplement, can’t decide which ones, some of them are just hype, this is my last resort. I will still combine it with diet and exercise. Does GNC have any good ones that work?
