i think exercising made my legs thicker..i’ve always had a lot of muscle from swimming/track/going to the gym (i have a membership.)
i’m 15 and 5’1” which isn’t tall
and100 pounds but no matter how much i try i can’t get flat, toned stomach, slim waist and slim legs
i know i can’t get the exact shape or anything, but squats, etc is actually making my legs thick and muscular.
please help ![]()
