I’m 20 and from a family of obese overeaters at least on my fathers side. Until last year I was thin but had a rough patch last yr & gained weight. I have no desire to join the rest of my family even though they seem unsually happy about my weight gain. My sisters are all obese and were thrilled to see me gain weight. They were all fat by age 11 but I have always and still am considerably smaller than them. I know its not genetic as we all have different mothers, mine being an ex-model. Also I have a pretty small frame (my index finger and thumb overlap a little when wrapped around the opposite wrist) compared to them being big boned. I am 5’2 and about 145lbs. I need a practical weight loss regimen to get back down to my regular 120lbs. I admit I’m a bit sedentary because of studying late nights. Can someone suggest a plan? I’m not looking for a quick way to lose weight but a healthy one.
