I am looking for a supplement to slim down for women. I am also looking for a good meal replacement.?
I have heard a lot about acai berry, yerba mate, and lipo 6. I am really not sure at all about what to help… i have heard about thermogenics too.. im just not sure what is good for women, ussually the people who try to tell me what to get are men, and their bodies react totally different than our bodies do to the products.
I want a meal replacement that is not high on sugar, carbs, and sodium i am looking to lean down not to bulk up. I think i may buy mycoplex lite… is that a good product for that?

I highly recommend Acai Berry Extreme / Vital Cleanse Colon Cleanse Set – Powerful Weight Loss Diet Pill Combination
I used the Acai Berry Extreme by itself and definitely lost weight and felt much better. After a few months I wanted to see if I could get even more results, so I tried this combination pack with the Vital Cleanse. Wow! I have definitely seen even better results. I am much more "regular" and my bowel movements aren’t strained at all. I feel like I’m finally losing that stubborn little bit of extra stuff in my lower belly. It’s actually flattened out. I wish I was able to post some pics so you could see what I mean. I definitely recommend this product to anyone. My appetite is under control. I’m sleeping better at night and I can feel more energy throughout the day. I will use this product again and again. The only thing I wish they could add to the product is a fat blocker. Also, the company that makes the product has been very supportive in answering questions I’ve had from time to time (HH Nutritionals). I hope this was helpful for you.
I bought it with free shipping from…

As a fitness enthusiast for the last 15 or so years I have tried just about everything there is to try in the way of protein supplements and meal replacement drinks. Met-rx not only tastes good but it works. No digestibility problems like many other protein drinks and since its best mixed with water it travels well without spoiling. (if it thickens up on you, which it will do, just add a bit more water.)
Now that I’m in my mid thirties I find it increasingly difficult to get the nutrition I need to recover from workouts without getting fat, but with Met-rx it’s not a problem. Most days I drink 2-4 shakes plus a big green salad and eat fruits and whole grains and my body fat and recovery is as good as it was in my twenties. Great product!!
Let us know your thoughts!

If you enter a health food store or simply surf online, you’ll find myriads of weight loss supplements, many of them claiming to have remarkable benefits. Although it’s tempting to constantly try new supplements, the possible side effects and safety concerns are not always listed. And while some of them may be promising, others can be detrimental to your well-being.
To be honest, I have not heard of "lipo 6". However, I have heard of the acai berry myth. Despite the fact that the acai berry is abundant in antioxidants, it would be a lie to state that it has any weight-loss properties.
If you want to try a supplement, it’s wise to select a herbal supplement rather than anything else on the market. Fucoxanthin is an antioxidant found naturally in edible brown seaweed. Preliminary studies in animals suggest it may target abdominal fat. Fat in the abdomen is linked to heart disease and diabetes, and happens to be the problem area for many people. Fucoxanthin doesn’t appear to be a stimulant like ephedra, bitter orange or caffeine.
Ephedra was banned by the FDA in 2004, because of serious safety concerns. Ephedra has been linked to a number of adverse events including high blood pressure, irregularities in heart rate, stroke, heart attacks, seizures and death. Although ephedra can still be found online, it should be avoided.
Bitter orange is similar to ephedra and may raise blood pressure, increase heart rate or cause abnormal heart rhythms.
Guarana is a plant native to the Amazon rainforest. It has black seeds that are rich in caffeine, with approximately double the caffeine of coffee beans. However, guarana could stimulate the central nervous system and heart, and may result in anxiety and rapid heart rate in larger amounts.
You may have heard of hoodia, one of the better-known herbal supplements used as a natural appetite suppressant. Counterfeit or fake hoodia is a real problem – it’s been estimated that more than half of all hoodia products aren’t actually the real thing.
Chitosan is a supplement derived from crustacean shells and is known to cause constipation, bloating and other digestive complaints.
On the whole, the safest dietary slimming supplements are fucoxanthin, apple cider vinegar and caffeine.
The best weight-loss measures do not encompass slimming supplements, but exercise and a balanced diet. It’s the safest, most natural and most long-term method.
