Please don’t tell me to go see my doctor or eat a healthy diet. I need to lose weight and fast!!!
I have a wedding lined up that I have to fit into a size 10 dress which fit perfectly last fall, but I eat when I am stressed and since getting fitted I’ve been stressed enough to balloon up to an 18.
The seamstress says I need to lose 40 lbs – in 3 weeks – or shell out another 0 for a dress I hate anyway. I want to lose weight and know if I get down to a size I don’t feel so miserable with I’ll start going to the gym again and keep the weight off.
I do not want to do anything surgical or dangerous like weight loss drugs that damage your heart but will change type and proportions of what I eat, how often I eat, exercise, safe weight loss products, etc.
