Avon is great. It sells it self. There is also Mary Kay but that is soooooo expensive.

If you want to start a home based business, there will be fees involved and business expenses. There are many legit business opportunities out there in direct sales, multi-level and network marketing. There are great companies to work with, but having a business isn’t for everyone. It’s worked real well for us. I now work this full-time and my wife works it part-time. This job can be done from just about anywhere, over the Internet, over the phone, or in person. F/T, P/T, Free Training, Low Investment, No Inventory, No Sales. Please email me if you are serious.

That depends…..do you want to do direct sales or not? Are you okay with being able to carry some inventory or would that be a problem? What about home demo parties, which could mean a lot of driving around? These are things you’ll want to ask yourself.
It’s good that you have a rough idea what you want to get involved with…and the fashion industry is one that will never die so good choice!
I myself chose to work from home as an international home business trainer, (contact me if you want more info about that) but not everyone can do that.
For you, I would start searching out companies to see if there are any that you can do directly on-line as it’s less complicated, more convenient and flexible for you.
Make sure they’re a legit business with the BBB, that what they are offering fits your needs and that the start up costs are low. Be choosy and don’t commit to anything until you are satisfied that you know everything there is to know about that company, that you will get all that you need from them including ongoing training and support.

Home business can be great. It’s gotten a lot of attention in recent years – lots of scams and things out there – but it can still be a very fulfilling career. Many of your local businesses and organizations are probably looking for independant contractors so you might start there.
We started 26 years ago and it’s been good for us, but it’s not for everyone so take your time, start slow and work on a good plan for your business. Try to find products you like yourself and can learn about them inside and out. Knowledge is the key.
Remember, if it sounds too good to be true – it’s probably false! Work with your Small Business Development Center and seek out help from your Better Business Bureau.
Good luck!

Hi SHUSHU;
I know what you are saying. You can’t just start a home business on a whim. You need to have some answers, in fact a lot of answers.
You need to know things like: How do I start? What do I sell? Where do I store my inventory? This could go on and on and on…..
I think if you click on my review below you can get the answers to all those questions and any others you may be thinking about right now.
Best,
Ray & Good luck!

Hi Shushulicious,
I know of a company that focuses on nutritional products, but also has their own skincare line. They are celebrating their 20th anniversary of being in operations this year. Email me at hhebert57@hotmail.com if you would like more information or have any questions. I can also send you a quick video that explains more about the company, their products and the opportunity. I look forward to hearing from you.

Let us know your thoughts!

My husband and I started our home based business over six years ago. We both wanted to work out of our home and be together raising our children. We didn’t want to send them off to a daycare center. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not putting down daycare providers. They work hard. But I just didn’t want the traditional family lifestyle of one or both parents having to work out of the home and really not be a part of our children’s life. I didn’t want that lifestyle. I wanted to be with my kids. The company we chose made the most since to us. A product that is and always will be in high demand. There are a lot of products and services out there that are good. We decided to partner up with this company because it was things that people will always use and pay for anyway, pretty much no matter what. We didn’t have to worry if money became tight that they could easily run to the store and purchase on sale or be able to buy it at the dollar store. So, we got involved in the world’s largest direct selling telecommunications service provider that was started back in 1993. It’s now a 15 year old, world wide international company. With headquarters in Farmington Hills, Michigan, Charlotte, Amsterdam, Sydney and Montreal.
They have been featured in several magazines like USA Today, Success, Fortune etc. Inc 500 rated them the 22nd fastest growing company in revenue in it’s first five years. They are registered with the BBB as well.
They market in services people use every day and pay for anyway, like I had said. Services like Local and Long Distance telephones, Internet, Digital, video phones, Satellite TV, and all the major cellular phone companies like T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, Nextell, Altell etc as well. We save people money and make money at the same time. Every single month these people pay their bills, we make a percentage over and over again each month.
How many people do you know, or know of around the world that uses one or more of these services or products? . A lot of money involved in this industry.
When we started our non profit organization called SOFTIN funding is so hard to find with the compeitition involved. Every non profit organization is out there trying to find donors through large corporations. We could make the monthly income to well support our non profit organization based on what we knew and how much we made from our business. So we started a funding program through our business for our non profit as well as it’s becoming a major funding source for other non profit organizations.
