I’ve tried D4, but I’m from Utah, and here Ephedra is legal and so the D4 I had contained that. But the product worked well, it gave me a lot of energy for workouts and raised my metabolism. Keep in mind though, any weight loss supplements are only going to work combined with diet and exercise. Good luck with your fitness goals!

No.Weight loss pills are widely advertised as a quick method to lose weight. These are food supplements and are not regulated by the FDA or any authority. They have severe side effects. Some weight loss pills may help you lose weight for a short time, but after a month or so, the body becomes immune to them I found information on weight loss pills and their side effects at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlosspill.html
Let us know your thoughts!

The only weight loss products that work have to do with exercise. Burn more calories than you consume and you’ll lose weight. Burn fewer and you’ll gain. Build more muscle and you’ll burn more calories even when resting.
Stop looking for magic pills and accept responsibility for your own health and weight. Remember, if getting into shape were easy, none of us would be overweight.
