A whole day schedule for a 13 year old girl that wants to look healty, pretty, and awake in the morning!?
Like,, what time should i go to bed if i have to wake up for 6:45 in the morning? I have to get to school for 8:45 but leave my house at 8. I have a tredmill in my room but its really loud and i wake up before everyone in my house so it would wake them up. Im not over weight but im not Thin. I hate looking tired (I always do) i normally go to bed around 11:30/12 because i dont get to sleep because of worrying (Im depressed).
I want to look awake in the morning and not have to worry about my eyes being red, dark circles or bags. Also somedays i look really tired and my skin is dry and my makeup looks a mess i hate those days how can i dodge them? My eyes get bits of red in the and it makes them look awful is there anything i can do to get them to go back to a normal white bright colour in the morning?
Can you help me by telling me a schedule of things to do in a day so i look awake in the morning??
thanks xx

go to bed no later than 10:30pm. work out as soon as you get back from school, then shower and do your hw. drink lots of water, and you’ll feel so much healthier in the mornings. cleanse and moisturize your face every night and morning.

If you wake up at 6:45, go to sleep at least at 10, to give you an average of 8 hours of sleep. As for excercise, try running outside, running on a treadmill is easier than running on the track, since you are not propelling your weight forward.
Drink water!!! Peoplel dont see the importance of it. An apple every day will speed up your metabolism and improve digestion.
Avoid eating 3 hours b4 going to sleep, since this will slow down your metabolism. As for looking awake in the mornings, just go to bed early. Actually stretch completly when u get out of bed to get ur blood flowing.
How is your diet? U eat out alot? do u drink coke? are you active?

Ok you don’t have to exercise in the morning – you can exersice in the afternoon, exersice can relieve stress and make you feel better and energized.
Now you need more sleep, your 13 – you should be getting 9 hours of sleep. Start brushing your teeth and get ready for bed at 9:00PM – try to go to sleep around 9:45. Just close your eyes and make sure all the lights are turned off – you’ll go to sleep sooner or later. Okay now set your alarm clock at 6:40AM – take a 15min shower and wash your face with a cleanser, brush your teeth and get dressed.
Now you say you have dark circles and dry skin?
Well moisturize your face and your under eye circles, there are a lot of creams for your face and under eye circles – even in drug stores. Apply some concealer 2 shades lighter then your skin under your eyes – DO NOT SMUDGE IT – just tap it on with your index finger and try to blend it in. Also buy some bronzer – it can really make your face glow and look refresjed. Apply the bronzer on your cheek bones, but don’t put too much because then you’ll like orange, just lightly put it on. Get some black eyeliner and brown mascara – put some perfume and your out of the door.
The bags under your eyes will go away when you start getting more sleep – some are genetic though – so the make up will help.
Hope I helped!

Sweetie, it’s more of a life style change then a schedule. You need to take much better care of yourself. Get at least 8 hours of sleep, which means if you wake up at 6:45 be in bed by 10. Always drink plenty of water and fresh fruits and veggies. Wash your face twice a day and moisturize both times. Go light on the make up, when your young you really don’t need it. Do moisturizer, a bit of bronzer for a glow, peach/pink lipgloss and a swipe of mascara (mind you, when I was 13 I never was allowed to wear make up, so you are very very lucky). If you want to exercises try going for a walk outside, or if it’s not safe, do floor exercises like crunches, push ups, jumping jacks and stretches. Then when you come home from school you can do more cardio.
Just remember, we all go through an "ugly/yucky" stage when we’re younger, but I’m promise you it gets better!
